Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for SendFlo paid plans, operated by SendFlo LLC ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. The free plan needs no cancellation — it simply has no charges.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for: you keep your plan's features until that date, no further payments are taken, and you can resume the plan from the same page until then. A team plan can be cancelled by its owner or a team admin. Cancelling does not by itself delete your account or your content, and it does not refund the current period.
Deleting your account is different: it ends the plan immediately, the remaining prepaid time is forfeited, and no refund is issued (see the Terms, section 9). If your latest payment qualifies for an automatic refund under section 2 or 3, request it before you delete. A charge made after you asked to delete is a billing error and is refunded under section 5.
2. Automatic refunds — first 14 days
If you request a refund within 14 days of first subscribing and you have used less than 5% of your plan's allowance, the refund is granted automatically — no questions, no review. Request it from Settings → Billing; the subscription ends immediately and the full first payment is returned to your original payment method.
3. Automatic refunds — renewal payments
Any later payment (for example a monthly or yearly renewal) is refunded automatically if you request it within 3 days of the charge and you have used less than 2% of your plan's allowance in the new billing period. The subscription ends immediately and that payment is returned in full.
4. What “plan utilization” means
Utilization is measured against your plan's allowances for the billing period in question: storage held on our servers, transfer volume through links and relays, and other metered plan features. The figure used is the highest of these as a percentage of its allowance. Direct device-to-device transfers do not consume storage; metered use is what counts.
5. Billing errors are refunded automatically
If we charge you by mistake, we refund it without you having to ask. We check for these errors every hour and confirm each one with our payment provider before refunding:
- A duplicate charge — a second charge for the same plan period. The later charge is refunded in full and your plan continues.
- A renewal after you cancelled — the renewal is refunded in full and the plan ends, as you asked.
- A charge after you asked to delete your account (or your team) — refunded in full.
These refunds apply to charges made within the last 120 days, whatever your plan use. If Settings → Billing shows a billing error before our check has run, you can also refund it there immediately.
6. All other payments are final
Sections 2, 3 and 5 are the only refunds we give. A payment outside them — after its window has closed, or with plan use at or above its threshold — is not refundable, and there is no manual review or exception process. The refund option in Settings → Billing shows whether your latest payment qualifies and, if it doesn't, why not.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
8. Paddle, our merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The rules above describe what you are entitled to; every refund they grant is paid through Paddle and reaches your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (Paddle may briefly review a refund before releasing it). Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
9. Plan changes and downgrades
A plan change — up or down — takes effect immediately. The difference for the rest of the current period is prorated automatically: a more expensive plan charges the prorated amount to your payment method on file, and a cheaper plan credits the unused value of your current plan toward your future charges. Your content must fit the new plan's allowances.
