Delete your SendFlo account

1. Sign in on the website, or open the SendFlo app on your phone or computer.
2. Go to Settings → Sign In & Security and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type your account email and the words delete my account, then confirm with the code we email you.

If you own a team plan, delete the team or transfer its ownership to one of its admins first.

Your account is disabled on every device straight away, and your share links, upload pages and public collections stop working. Everything is permanently deleted no later than 14 days after your request. Until then you can restore the account by signing in and choosing Restore. We email you when the deletion is scheduled and again when it is complete.

Your files and their previews, share links and their download history, collections, transfer history, devices, address book, settings, sign-in methods (password, email codes, Google, Facebook, X, passkeys) and two-factor setup, support conversations, and the emails we sent you.

• Payment and refund records, for 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
• Security and audit records, with your email replaced by an anonymous identifier.
• This month's usage totals, linked to a scrambled (hashed) form of your email, so limits can't be reset by deleting and re-creating an account.
• Database backups, which expire within 30 days; if we ever restore one, your deletion is applied again.

Files other people already downloaded, and their own records of what you shared with them, stay with them. If you belong to a team, files you shared in the team stay with the team.

Write to support@sendflo.app from your account email and we'll help you regain access so you can delete it.
